Effective Date: December 25, 2025

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs your use of all services provided by Dopamine (“Dopamine,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including the Ads Manager dashboard, Content Vault, and Documentation site (collectively, the “Services”). This AUP is incorporated into the Terms of Service by reference pursuant to Section 11.1 and applies to all Clients, team members, and authorized users of the Services. Capitalized terms not defined in this AUP have the meanings set forth in the Terms of Service.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Dopamine may update this AUP from time to time; continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.

  1. Prohibited Content

Client shall not upload, submit, distribute, or cause to be distributed through the Services any Client Content that:

    1.1 Illegal Content

Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation, including but not limited to export control laws, sanctions regulations, and consumer protection statutes.

    1.2 Harmful or Objectionable Content

Promotes, incites, or facilitates terrorism, the exploitation of minors, harassment, threats, doxxing (unauthorized disclosure of private information), defamation, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate speech targeting protected characteristics, deceptive or fraudulent schemes, or content that is otherwise unlawful under applicable law. Dopamine reserves the right to determine, in its sole discretion, whether Client Content falls within this category.

    1.3 Spam and Deceptive Content

Bulk unsolicited messages, artificially inflated engagement, misleading claims, impersonation of other brands or individuals, or any content designed to deceive Platform users or manipulate Platform systems.

  2. Prohibited Activities

Client shall not, and shall not permit any authorized user to, engage in any of the following activities in connection with the Services:

    2.1 Service Abuse

Making excessive API calls, scraping or crawling the Services, using automated tools to access the Services beyond their intended use, or engaging in any activity that places an unreasonable load on Dopamine’s infrastructure.

    2.2 Circumvention

Bypassing, disabling, or interfering with any security feature, access control, rate limit, billing mechanism, usage restriction, or content moderation system of the Services.

    2.3 Unauthorized Access

    2.4 Interference

Disrupting the availability or performance of the Services for other users, introducing malware, viruses, or other harmful code, or taking any action intended to overwhelm, degrade, or compromise Dopamine’s infrastructure or systems.

    2.5 Unauthorized Resale

Reselling, sublicensing, or otherwise making the Services available to third parties without Dopamine’s prior written authorization.

    2.6 False Information

Providing false information during account registration, identity verification, or billing setup.

  3. Enforcement

    3.1 Monitoring and Review

Dopamine reserves the right, but does not assume the obligation, to review Client Content and account activity for compliance with this AUP. Such review may be conducted proactively or in response to reports received under Section 4.

    3.2 Suspension

Dopamine may suspend Client’s access to the Services, in whole or in part, in accordance with Section 11.2 of the Terms of Service:

Immediate suspension without prior notice for severe violations, including but not limited to illegal content, content that poses an imminent risk of harm, security threats, or activity that may subject Dopamine to legal liability.

Suspension with notice for minor or first-time violations, where Dopamine will provide written notice of the violation and a reasonable opportunity to cure before suspension takes effect, unless Dopamine determines that immediate action is necessary to protect the Services, other Clients, or third parties.

    3.3 Termination

Dopamine may terminate Client’s access to the Services immediately for cause in accordance with Section 11.3 of the Terms of Service, including for repeated violations of this AUP, a single egregious violation, or failure to cure a noticed violation within the time specified by Dopamine.

    3.4 Content Removal

Dopamine may remove, disable access to, or refuse to distribute any Client Content that violates this AUP, without prior notice to Client.

    3.5 Cooperation Requirements

Client shall cooperate fully with any investigation by Dopamine into suspected violations of this AUP, including providing information reasonably requested by Dopamine and preserving relevant evidence. Failure to cooperate with an investigation is itself a violation of this AUP and may result in suspension or termination under Sections 3.2 and 3.3.

    3.6 Law Enforcement Reporting

Dopamine reserves the right to report any activity that Dopamine reasonably believes may constitute a violation of applicable law to the appropriate law enforcement authorities, and to provide such authorities with information reasonably necessary to assist in the investigation and prosecution of such activity.

  4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any content or activity that you believe violates this AUP, please report it by contacting abuse@DopamineOS.com. Reports should include sufficient detail to identify the content or activity in question, including the account involved, a description of the violation, and any supporting evidence.

Dopamine will review reports in a timely manner and take appropriate action as described in Section 3. Dopamine is not obligated to disclose the outcome of any investigation to the reporting party.

  5. Platform Compliance

Client acknowledges that content distributed through the Services may be subject to the terms, guidelines, and policies of third-party Platforms. Client is solely responsible for ensuring that Client Content complies with applicable Platform rules. Dopamine does not review Client Content for Platform compliance and is not responsible for any consequences arising from Platform enforcement actions.

  6. Relationship to Terms of Service

This AUP is part of the Terms of Service and should be read together with Sections 9 (Indemnification) and 11 (Acceptable Use and Suspension) of the Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service shall control.

Client’s indemnification obligations under Section 9.1(e) of the Terms of Service extend to any claims arising from Client’s use of the Services in violation of this AUP.
